I’m the CEO and founder of a safari tour company.

We were having issues with debt collection.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Several customers have been reluctant to pay me, so Eden Law Chambers is helping with debt collection. They’ve strategized with me on how to collect debts — they’ve helped me put together legal contracts that highlight payment plans for my customers. Their team accompanies me when we go to collect debts.

I’ve worked with five teammates from Eden Law Chambers, including the loan officer, two executives, and two security guards.

A friend who’d worked with Eden Law Chambers referred them to me. I reached out to them via email and then set up an appointment.

I’ve invested around $1,000 with them. 

What is the status of this engagement?

My ongoing engagement with Eden Law Chambers began in January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve managed to achieve my goal: I’ve collected the debts I was owed. 

How did Eden Law Chambers perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve delivered within my timeline and budget. We typically communicate through email, phone calls, and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Eden Law Chambers is really good at organizing and planning — their project management and collaboration with me have been excellent. They have excellent customer care.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their team could offer more services and expand into other regions. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you cooperate well with Eden Law Chambers and provide them with enough time, the work becomes really easy.
