The team at EcomScaled handled all aspects of the Amazon Automation process. They set up my store, did product research, optimized my product listings, and provided me with order management. They also provided me with strategies to scale my store and improve the visibility of my products. It was an all-inclusive, full-service solution that made the process very easyfor me.

I saw immediate results with my Amazon store. My product listings were receiving greater visibility, and purchase orders were flowing in. As a result, my online sales increased, and my perfume store had a new source of income. The results of the initial strategy proved it was working.

They delivered everything promised within the scheduled time frames and also stayed in contact with me to give updates on the progress of each task. The level of support from the team was impressive helping me grow my store. The company provided both an initial strategy for establishing the store and ongoing assistance to get it up and running. It was important that this level of support remained throughout the project.

Overall, I had a good experience with no major problems, and the company delivered on all promises. The company and its staff were consistently supportive throughout the project. As such, my only suggestion is to provide customers with more detailed reports on project progress in future projects; however, I would still provide them with positive feedback for their service overall.
