We wanted to boost our email platform and achieve an increase in sales generated from email marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for a reputable company to handle the challenge; after speaking to Stoyan and seeing their previous work I was happy.

The project was broken down into steps, where they learnt about our brand first, followed by setting up the automated emails and then going live with full campaigns.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had an account manager that handled all requests and issues we had, this made things a lot easier

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our email revenue grew from 18% to 35% month on month. Also, engagement has increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular meetings to provide detailed catchups, however, the communication was perfect as the account manager was very available when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their knowledge of the platform and how quickly they increased revenue.

We had a very basic email campaign and we wanted something amazing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected ecom2win because they came across as a premium service. Premium prices however you get what you pay for was the theory.

• Klaviyo set up and management
• Email campaign management

Two or three collaborators and Stoyan.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We experienced upto 50% of reveniew coming from emails over a week. Generally email was responsible for over 30% of revenue.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Initially amazing! One piece of feedback I would give is make sure attention to detail is maintained. However in general a fairly high and committed standard across the board.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Results. We didn't match perfectly company to company but in retrospect, I wanted results and will give 5 stars based on ours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes. I believe this company will grow through embracing feedback and communication more. It's never easy to have those tough conversations, and compromise especially with finance can be tough. However, I believe as the company grows, they will see the big picture and form new communication standards.
