I am the general manager of a company that manufactures industrial polyester enclosures and cabinets.

What challenge were you trying to address with EBC TAXES?

We hired EBC TAXES to provide accounting and bookkeeping services for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

EBC TAXES  basically does everything related to our accounting and bookkeeping. We’ve given them access to our accounting software and every week, they manage our purchases, invoices, sales, and billings.

They continue to service us on a monthly basis.

What is the team composition?

We interact with three people from their team. An associate interacts with our team and handles pretty much everything along with being our main point of contact. We’re also in touch with a manager and a partner.

How did you come to work with EBC TAXES?

Someone from our business sector recommended EBC TAXES. They were offering the same accounting services for that company. We spoke to the team felt that they were right for us so we started our partnership.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay them 2,000 UAE Dirhams approximately $500 USD) per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our partnership in November 2018 and we are still working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our partnership is going smoothly and there have been no challenges since we started working with EBC TAXES. They handle everything very well.

How did EBC TAXES perform from a project management standpoint?

They're excellent at sticking to the schedule. They are able to work effectively with the agreed timeframe and are very responsive. Overall, their customer service is top-notch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very professional and their customer service is fantastic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any complaints about them.

I will definitely recommend them whenever I get the chance to. They’re a great provider.
