I’m the CEO of a company that develops software for medical publications.

What challenge were you trying to address with Easy Deploy?

We had issues setting up our AWS architecture and hired Easy Deploy to help us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Easy Deploy provided us with AWS consultative services for a new platform we were setting up that needed top-notch architecture. We set the requirements and created the architecture, and then Easy Deploy provided us with feedback during a review session. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with a customer success manager and a consultant. 

How did you come to work with Easy Deploy?

I found Easy Deploy through AWS and hired them because they were a certified AWS partner. 

How much have you invested with them?

Our project with ​​Easy Deploy cost $1,600, but Amazon’s startup platform sponsored the project, so I didn’t invest any of my own funds.  

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Easy Deploy was from November–December 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our partnership with Easy Deploy was very effective — at the end of the project, we had a successful platform architecture. I received the professional advice I wanted.  

How did Easy Deploy perform from a project management standpoint?

Since Easy Deploy only provided us with consultative services, we didn’t utilize any project management tools. We communicate with their team through email and online calls.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with Easy Deploy’s AWS expertise. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d appreciate it if Easy Deploy would offer small consulting packages focused on AWS architecture and MVPs to help startups launch their projects.
