I’m the co-founder of Animation Explainers, an animation company that produces explainer videos for companies worldwide.

What challenge were you trying to address with Easy Chew?

We needed help with social media marketing. We’re complete amateurs when it comes to social media.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mark (Founder) started out by learning more about what we do. We had already produced animation videos and supplied him with the video clips for each of the ads we were going to use. We decided to go with video ads since we’re a video production company.

Easy Chew creates the copy that we use in our ads. They work with us on choosing the demographics and people we want to target. Mark does the Facebook Ads and puts them together. He provides us with reporting on a weekly basis of how the ads are performing.

How did you come to work with Easy Chew?

We came across their website online. From looking at their website, they were clearly experts when it came to Facebook marketing. We contacted Mark and he told us a little bit about their company. We had contacted a few other vendors but based on the cost of Easy Chew’s services, the quality of their work, and their testimonials, we felt they’d be a good fit.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested about $2,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re generating around 20 leads a week from Facebook Ads since we first engaged with them. Mark is very metrics-driven. He’s an expert when it comes to Facebook Ads, the dashboard, and the metrics involved. He’s very concerned about and focused on ROI for us. Mark is constantly testing different outsets for the ads and trying to find profitable ones that we can use now and way into the future.

How did Easy Chew perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is perfect. We use Zoom, email, and the Facebook Ads dashboard.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We liked that Mark doesn’t ask many questions. The implementation was really quick and easy. As a busy co-founder, I don’t want to get too involved in all the logistical details. We just want to get a campaign rolling as soon as we can. Mark was really helpful with that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should provide the reporting in a Google Sheet rather than in the body of an email.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you have a marketing budget to spend. It costs money to run the ads as well. Make sure you have a little bit of time to work with Mark on the demographics that you’re targeting.
