Eastwick is an independent ecommerce CRM and lifecycle consulting practice based in Melbourne, Australia.

The work focuses on the retention layer of the ecommerce stack — Klaviyo strategy and implementation, customer data architecture, email deliverability, lifecycle flow design, and Shopify/CRM alignment. Every engagement begins with a structured audit of the full ecosystem: what's working, what's costing revenue, and what to fix first. From there, some clients take the roadmap and run with it. Others move into an ongoing retained relationship.

Eastwick is a solo practice. Clients work directly with a senior strategist throughout — not an account manager handing off to a junior team. The approach is audit-first and honest about scope: no retainer is recommended until clarity exists about what that retainer should accomplish.

Clients are typically AU/NZ direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands and agencies who need a senior Klaviyo and lifecycle specialist without the overhead of a full-service agency.
