Update of showroom at our business premises and giving visibility to range of services provided.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Customers were only shopping one side of our showroom due to large open window which made people feel self-conscious. We needed some sort of window covering to give a little privacy.

We also needed graphics showcasing the list of services we provide as people were constantly coming in and asking. Worked with East Van Vinyl to develop decorative window frosting that gave a little pop to the windows on the outside of the building. We also worked with them to develop window graphics showcasing the services we provide.

What was the team composition?

I believe up to two people were assigned at any one time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have had several existing customers pop in and say how much they like the look of the window coverings. We have also had zero people asking what range of services we provide and instead now have people coming in asking for the services they noted on the window.

How did the partner perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated initially via email and then had a few phone calls. East Van Vinyl performed very well and was able to complete our project on a timeline that worked well for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their friendly, attentive service was impressive. We had several consultation communications before provision of the quote and all materials and communication were handled promptly and professionally. Other parties contacted for the job did not provide the same level of service.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing, job exceeded our expectations.

What advice would you give to someone else considering to work with this company?

Just go ahead, they are great to work with and quality of materials and workmanship are excellent.
