EarthOne Accounting is an India-based outsourcing team supporting UK accounting practices and businesses with production work: bookkeeping, VAT returns under MTD, payroll with RTI and auto-enrolment, year-end accounts under FRS 102 and FRS 105, management accounts, self-assessment, company secretarial, and accounts receivable and payable.
All work is done by qualified Indian Chartered Accountants (members of ICAI), inside the practice's own software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, IRIS, BrightPay and others), so the practice keeps full visibility and an audit trail. The service is white-label: the practice's clients deal only with the practice. A UK GDPR Data Processing Agreement is in place from day one.
Pricing is published: ad hoc work from £10.50 to £16.50 an hour; a dedicated bookkeeper or accountant from £750 to £1,450 a month; payroll from £3.00 a payslip. No onboarding fee, no 12-month contract: one month's notice.
