Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We collaborated with Earborne on two projects. The first was a comprehensive podcast production. Earborne assisted with brand development, content creation (including topic suggestions), production, audio recording, studio coordination, as well as distribution, and marketing with influencers. They even provided hosting services, with members from our team featuring as guests, culminating in a captivating ten-episode series - Root Cause by Vived - available on every popular Podcast platform. The second project was a budget-friendly news podcast. 

While we handled the recording, Earborne took care of the production, mastering, and ensuring the audio quality was top-notch. In both endeavors, we were really satisfied. All work was proficiently executed by Earborne.

The "Root Cause by Vived" podcast (https://open.spotify.com/show/4QvyYxbov9woizGnbS1vc0) garnered thousands of listeners and delivered a measurable enhancement in our brand visibility.

The team at Earborn was incredibly responsive and provided the flexibility we needed when creating our first podcast format. They expertly guided us through all the essential steps, which were previously "unknown unknowns" for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Exceeding our expectations - for example, since we lacked experience, Earborne organized voice emission training sessions with a professional coach for those participating in the recordings.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Earborne Media could have done differently?

While the end product was excellent, it might be helpful to incorporate more interim review stages. This would allow for any changes or course corrections to be made earlier in the process rather than later. However, I understand it is something that is hard to be achieved in a weekly series, especially in a quick-changing environment like the IT industry. That said, these are minor points in an otherwise positive experience. Their expertise, especially in areas unfamiliar to us, was invaluable.
