- 60 x 120 LYNX LVD STRIPPIT fiber laser cuts steel, stainless and aluminum with extreme accuracy
- High quality laser etching for part numbers, I.D. plaques, and decorative metal art decor
- Two 10′ break presses for sheet metal forming
- Sheet metal roll form
- RAMCO deburring and surface finishing machine
- MIG and TIG welding of stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum alloys
CUSTOM CNC ROUTER DEPARTMENT
- We are equipped with a 60 x 120 MULTICAM CNC router that cuts and mills all types of plastics, aluminum alloys, woods, vinyls, rubbers, foams and neoprene
- We have the capability of making outdoor and indoor signs
- Fabricate switch plates, spacers, gaskets and many other products to a .005 tolerance
- We also cut and mill Plexy glass, impact resistant acrylic, HDPE and LDPE
PAINT AND ASSEMBLY
- We have the ability to powder coat for a professional finish
- Traditional painting done within our paint department
- An assembly department for construction complex equipment, control panels, electrical components, and other custom made products
