We needed a logo to be used for print and digital purposes. The logo needed to look different than so many other generic PT logos out there, while still reflecting the values and interests of our customer base in the area. E Graphics LLC provided us with many logo files and with instructions on when to use each one so that we could get the most out of them.

• A variety of logo files to use. Knowledge of the process of creating the logo and the reasoning behind it.

Erica was responsive and easy to communicate with. No problems with the timeline - we were very comfortable with the pace. She was thorough in her planning and creation of the design.

We hired E Graphics to develop a new logo, color palate, and collateral for a Boise-based company.

How did you select this vendor?

We received proposals from more than ten designers, and selected three to interview. While all were strong, E Graphics established their ability to design to our needs and style in a professional manner.

E Graphics had a detailed discovery process, ensuring with us that they had understood the look and feel we wished to convey. They worked through a few different versions of design with us, refining and offering solutions--always capturing the spirit of what we communicated.

We worked directly with the company's owner, Erica.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have an identifiable logo and brand that represents us and our work perfectly.

Erica kept us apprised as to what she was working on and when we could expect specific deliverables at all times. While we mostly communicated via email, Erica was happy to hop on a video call if we had wanted to do so.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Erica and E Graphics didn't design to what we initially had said we were thinking about. She took that idea and refined it, looking at the marketplace, our competition, and where we hope to be in three to five years. Her thoughtful designs and color palates resulted in something much different than we had originally conceived--and for the better!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Absolutely nothing. In facet, we hired her for a small job for one of our clients, and recommend her whenever we can!

We tasked Erica with designing a logo that paid both homage to the area we grew up in and take great pride in. She was able to capture our abstract ideas into a logo that was both simple and elegant design for our business.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Erica worked diligently on this project without rushing it. She was able to send 3 different revisions over a period of 2 months. She was very patient with us and really captured the essence of what we were hoping for in our logo.

Absolutely, 100%.She was very responsive but did a great job of articulating where she was at in the process.
