We have had consistent management of our IT functions by our lead/senior engineer as well as the dedicated staff at Dytech.

Dytech is proactive in addressing our current and future needs and integrating our system management software.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication is key in resolving both critical and non-critical issues. Dytech offers a multiple of tools to ensure prompt response

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Consistency and their internal documentation of our system for their staff to use as a resource. We can rely on their entire team for professional and courteous support.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only improvement would be to have them IN OUR OFFICE full-time for the hardware issues. They are patient with directing and instructing us on how to deal with such and available if need to come on site. Our monthly proactive on-site helps deal with issues and concerns as well.

Our company needed the services of an outside vendor for complete IT services for our growth, maintenance, keep up with the newest technology and backup systems.

How did you select Dytech Group, Inc., and what were the deciding factors?

Dytech Group was referred by one of our clients. We need a full service IT company. They are professional and knowledgeable and the pricing was competitive.

We are on an annual maintenance contract. We have unlimited services except for special projects. When our company moved, they made certain that the new cables were complete in the new building including for the internet, computers and telephone system. The equipment was disassembled and moved and then set up and they made sure everything was back up and running the same day. We upgraded several items as well when we moved.

Two team members. Project Manager/Sr. Network Engineer and Network Engineer (Training onsite)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everything was tested thoroughly before completion. All worked well and we were faster on the internet and inhouse printing. All completed and testing went well.

The project was scheduled in advance and everything was completed and tested on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They offer complete services and only what we need. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a great team to work with. They respond quickly to any issues and fix items right away.

We are completely satisfied with Dytech Group.

My wife and I own a retirement plan company that completes the administration of retirement plans in order for these plans to stay in compliance with the IRS rules and practices.

Our company was in need of a dependable and efficient IT vendor who could assist us with daily support needs of our hard and software.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed many IT vendors in our area and Dytech was at very the top of our list once the interviews had been completed.

Dytech is a company that lives up to the service package that they promise. We receive daily IT software and hardware support. IT ticket requests are answered usually within one hour. The constant supervision of our server by Dytech keeps us up to speed as a company. They are also great at keeping out unwanted malware.

Their CTO was our first main point of contact during the move to Dytech, and now we communicate with many of the team members for daily support tickets.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Dytech keeps us efficient as a company because their monitoring of our server allows our Cloud services to use maximum effectiveness. We also stay efficient because our IT Support tickets are answered quickly and knowledgably.

Our workflow with Dytech is seamless which allows us to continue to operate efficiently as a company.

The patience, knowledgeability, and attentiveness of the team members at Dytech are the most impressive aspect of their support for us.
