• We needed to upgrade our outdated ERP system. We had to identify an appropriate vendor and specify our needs. We specifically wanted a cloud-based system that could manage several product versions. Due to our global operations, we also wanted a system with excellent multi-language and multicurrency capabilities. Lastly, we wanted a system that would be simple to set up and keep up.

Dynamic Netsoft Technologies provided vendor selection and ERP requirements consultancy. They first assisted us in defining our needs. Dynamic Netsoft Technologies found three potential vendors for us to take into consideration thanks to their expertise in the ERP market. After that, they set up and oversaw the three vendors' presentations so we could narrow down our options and select the one that best suited our requirements, was scalable for future expansion, and we felt comfortable working with.

They found that our business procedures were out of date using our previous ERP system. In order to streamline our operations and align it with the capabilities of current ERP suppliers, they assisted us in defining our business flow and identifying more efficient processes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our sole criterion for Dynamic Netsoft Technologies was their ability to choose a vendor for our upcoming ERP system. We also requested that they present a roadmap for the future system, and we were successfully given the deliverable.

Their work was excellent overall. The many teams we had in place, including both US-based and international teams, got along well with Dynamic Netsoft Technologies. They did an excellent job of comprehending our present annoyances in order to assist us in becoming far better.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They did a wonderful job meeting deadlines. Regarding communication, Dynamic Netsoft Technologies was great. We knew when and how they’d contact with us. They were very helpful in explaining what they were doing and why, and they didn't hesitate to bring in additional resources or expertise if necessary.

 Our main means of communication were Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dynamic Netsoft Technologies knew how to make the progression to where we wanted to be. Sometimes businesses can describe what the client should look like, but they don't really know how to get them there. Thus, they recognized where we were and where we wanted to go.
