To create a dynamic website that informs and clearly outlines what the products do. It needed to have a secure ecommerce section that was only accessible to signed up customers. We used the Shopify platform as that is one we were already using and something that suited out needs.

Based on previous reviews initially and then on the interactions with them. They were clear in their timelines and pricing, and were able to give straight answers if something was or was not possible. We looked at previous work examples and based on those we made our choice.

We gave an outline of what we wanted, along with prepared assets and our preferred platform. Dynamic Dreamz did the rest then. We worked back and forth on some key issues and resolved them.

The business is in its infancy but already is attracting new customers and has processed its firsts sales.

The team is honest, clear and efficient. I've often found other companies will promise something but don't in reality know how to deliver.

We hired Dynamic Dreamz to build out a fully custom website on Shopify. Since our design required a lot of complex functionalities and requirements along with a tight deadline, it was essential we worked with experts that had the capabilities to execute the project seamlessly.

We interviewed about 8-10 different e-commerce development agencies. Everyone aside from Dynamic Dreamz either was not experienced enough or quoted us way beyond anything within our budget.

Our deciding factor was the experience that Dynamic Dreamz had with custom Shopify websites along with their reasonable pricing.

• 6 different product pages fully customized but with certain elements linked between similar products.

• I worked primarily with Diapli, one of the project managers at Dynamic Dreamz. We communicated almost daily, where she would provide me with updates and relay my feedback to the Developer (Ashvin).
• I also worked with their CEO (Gaurav) who stepped in weekly to make sure the project was going smoothly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our site pre-launched on March 1, and the feedback about the site has been incredible. We are getting messages multiple times a day from everyone who visits the site about how impressed they are.

Every time I call Shopify support, they are amazed at how easy the site is to edit based on all the custom work. Usually, custom websites are very difficult to make changes to.

It is clear that this wasn't their first rodeo. Dynamic Dreamz organizes a project by putting together a developer with a project manager (in this case Dipali), who is responsible for daily communication with the client (me).

The developer listens in on all the calls but the project manger is there to make sure everything is being done according to the clients expectations. Gaurav, the CEO, is also keeping track of all progress to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their organization and attention to detail extremely impressive. Furthermore, it is clear that they care about their clients. I had an issue where my designer (not related to Dynamic Dreamz) made some design mistakes that I only caught after it was coded.

Even though it was my fault, Dynamic Dreamz offered to fix all these issues for an extremely low cost (almost nothing) to show good faith.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Based on my experience, I did not find any where they can improve. They are experts in what they do.

We outlined the scope of our website needs and provided some page mock-ups and description of dynamic functions desired. We submitted these data as a job proposal to UpWork.com and received several candidates.

After a bit of back and forth communication via UpWork's message "board" I selected Sanjay with Dynamic Dreamz. My decision was based on their team size and composition, their portfolio, and their communication skills.

We designed the website we wanted using Photoshop mock-ups of the pages annotated with details of how we wanted navigation and other dynamic content to perform.

We submitted this proposal to Dynamic Dreamz for their review and suggestions. They explained what would work best and suggested some "best practices" for us to follow.

Working together we found "work-arounds" for some of the design features that I really wanted. They produced the initial website and transitioned us from our old platform and host (Adobe Business Catalyst) into a sophisticated WordPress based site on a new host and VPS server seamlessly.

Since the initial launch the website has grown and evolved just as our business has grown and evolved. Dynamic Dreamz is a strategic partner and critical to our business.

I have only worked directly with Sanjay Patel as he is my "point of contact" with Dynamic Dreamz. I know that he has a team of specialists that work on my projects as needed.

One of the things that attracted me to Dynamic Dreamz is the size of their team. They have almost always been able to make additions and changes to the website overnight.

Given the nature of our bespoke manufacturing, "measurables" are difficult to come by. Because all of our products are custom built to our customer's dimensions and specifications, our product is necessarily non-returnable.

To get discriminating individuals to purchase a product for several thousand dollars, sight-unseen and non-returnable requires a high level of trust on the customer's part.

Our website conveys the quality of our product and the depth of our commitment to our customers. We have achieved this through the dynamics of our website, its many downloadables and interactive forms. All made possible by Dynamic Dreamz.

As complex as our website is, our relationship is substantially simple. I communicate with Sanjay exclusively via UpWork with file sharing support from DropBox. I supply web page designs via layered and annotated Photoshop drafts, as well as providing necessary content assets.

We communicate via UpWork messaging and most changes and additions are achieved overnight. Larger implementations, like the roll-out of a new product line, requires an estimate and a longer timeline.

However, given the resources Dynamic Dreamz brings to the table, they can produce a great deal of work in just a few days. This allows us the timely flexibility to remain current.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite being "halfway around the world", speaking a different language, and living a different culture, we easily and almost instantly developed a highly functional working relationship.

I am amazed by the ease with which we are able to accomplish things. Do they get everything right the first time? Usually, but not always. However, they are very quick to remedy things and also very understanding when we change our minds... over and over again. I love that they are 10 hours ahead in their time zone.

This allows us to develop our designs and at the end of our workday, ship them off to Dynamic and then see the finished results when we get in to work the next morning. It's like having "Magic Elves".

The only down side to the time difference is when something goes badly wrong (crashes) during our business day and we can't get it fixed untill the next morning. However, this has only happened a couple of times over the years.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like it if they could have a "night-shift" for "emergencies". Also, I wish they had an Interactive Adobe Acrobat expert on staff. I have to go elsewhere for occasional assistance on pdf forms and I am spoiled by the ease of working with Sanjay.

What was impressive was the speed in which they worked at. But also the fair timeframes. A lot of web development agencies often over estimate and drag things out to get "more hours". Not Dynamic Dreamz.

They are extremely fair and accurate with their estimates which impressed me alot. They are very efficient in their development, and they complete tasks to the highest level. Overall the most impressive agency we've worked with.

Not really. Any minor changes or fixes we needed they did ASAP. Very impressed with their work.

Dynamic Dreamz developed our entire B2C and Ecom on the Magento 2 platform. They've implemented all solutions to have great performance with full knowledge and expertise, recommended best in class extensions and solutions needed to have the site live and running 24x7.

They've also developed our landing pages with easy even with tied schedule. Also, helped us integrate the Magento 2 with our SAP ByDesign by using a 3rd party integration company but bringing the Magento 2 expertise to make it work. Besides all the above, DD developed our Global websites (UK/AUSTRALIA/UAE right to left) Honestly they were our direct resource for anything tech/web related.

They've improved the site performance right of the bat for our all of our Global Websites and that helped our ranking on SERP and that generated a lot of traffic and resulting in email collections and of course, brand awareness globally.

We used all types of tools from project management (Asana) to monitoring tools (Pingdom) and communication platforms (Zoom and Skype) so our tasks were clear to have tasks/projects concluded on time.

Dynamic Dreamz had just the right skill set and background for a site like ours. Their advise on which platform to use was quite valuable and we went with their recommendation.

Dynamic Dreamz provided entered the job from the first day and has been our sole source of front end development. They selected the platform (WordPress) as well as the design template.

They recommended a range of plugins to manage our technical needs, uploaded all content including images, copy and graphics, etc. The final deliverable is a well constructed site that achieves the goal we originally set for this concept

Overall, Sanjay and Dynamic Dreamz are quick to respond and action changes needed. Generally, they meet the brief very well, and if any changes need to be made they work well with us to ensure that they meet our needs.

Communication is clear and fast, and we haven't experienced any major issues with communication. Occasionally we may need to reiterate something or request changes suited to the original brief, but things are generally turned around and fixed up quickly.

They are very experienced with working on Shopify and are able to make any changes that we require with no issue.

There are no major areas for improvement, except for us having to reiterate changes we need to be made perhaps in a more clear manner. However, these changes are usually understood after clarification and are completed with no issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We liked the fact they weren't afraid to show us how to manage and develop the store. They could of easily not done this and racked up more hours. This was very impressive and now I'm confident updating my site whereas before I hadn't a clue how to do this.
