Shopify Expert for E-commerce Website Maintenance & Development

The Shopify Expert helps maintain and develop our E-commerce site. We are looking for him to start on 3 small projects, but we want to have a long term on-going relationship with this person so that he can always help us with any Shopify issues that we may run into in the future with our site or any changes that we may want made. Since our site is pretty custom built, it would be great to have an expert that could really manage and figure out the best solution. 

The first tasks we want accomplished are these: 

PROJECT LIST (in order of priority):

1. We used to have various PayPal Options set up on our site (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc). They are no longer showing and it seems that everything is being charged through Recharge (Recharge is the app we use for monthly subscriptions only so it should not be utilized for one time orders). Currently, it looks like everything seems to be going through Recharge: Can you please set the checkout page (similar to competitors pages like Liquid IV) where we have various payment options available including PayPal?
2. We currently have a monthly subscription enabled for the 10ct Pineapple pack which needs to be disabled ASAP. We should only have a monthly subscription option available for the 30ct Pineapple. (NOT THE 10ct). Can you please disable the monthly subscription option for 10ct pineapple. Customers should only be able to buy it "just once." Currently on the site it looks disabled but for some reason we still had a customer order come through as a subscription for the 10ct Pineapple. 
3. When people add to cart the 12ct Variety pack (or any of the other products like our Berry or Lime flavors in 10ct or 30ct) ONLY the pineapple pack image is showing on the cart. This was set up differently before where the actual product ordered would pop-up on the cart. We don't want to confuse customers and make them think that they ordered the wrong product. Can we please fix the image to ensure that the right product (count and flavor) image shows up correctly from the product that was ordered? 
4. Other tasks for later will include:
   1. Updating to bottom of website page (where people subscribe to email, so that it's more clear that the email has been subscribed)
   2. Checking for ADA compliance
   3. Checking for Page Speed 
   4. Enabling text compression, etc. from email

Gaurav is great at what he does and responds quickly. Since he is in India, we usually send over a project during the day and he will have it completed by the next day (he works on it over night)

We needed a custom configurator for the clients customers to be able to build and personalise their products online. We had an example and Dynamic Dreamz was able to build for 10,000 products that we then loaded on to the site.

Based off previous feedback for the company and their specialised skills in the language and e-commerce system.

We needed a custom configurator built for several collections of products on Shopify. Their route through the configurator was pre-determined and we had no knowledge of how to build this. We entered conversations with Dynamic Dreamz, who were able to understand the brief and then give detailed explaination of how they would create. At each stage we were fed demo's of the product to confirm the correct methodology.

The deliverable has been 100% what we required. We have tested with people who know the work was being done, and then with those who would be a customer. All can use the custom work that has been created and the configurators have matched the brief exactly.

Gaurav is very quick and efficient. He has very clear communication skills and reviews tasks before jumping in. This has saved time and money, by his thoroughness in defining tasks and their end-goal.

We needed to move our paper subscription sign up form to online, We needed an invoice created after the customer selected the suitable package and then redirect to one of six payment sign up pages.

We searched online for a developer and narrowed it down to Sanjay from Dynamic Dreamz. They seemed to be the best fit and the most responsive.

We started with a basic overview of what needed to be done so that a customer could signup for a subscription, create a PDF invoice for the entire term of the subscription and then proceed to one of six predefined links to the direct debit providers online pages. We had to make many changes as the job progressed. It involved working with our current wordpress site along with generating PDF invoice and notifications to our sales and accounts teams.

After launching the site, we have saved hours in sending and chasing up paperwork. This part of our website will allow our team to work far more efficiently, saving us hundreds of hours in labor each year and the customer experience has been incredibly simple, what took hours previously is now done in just a few minutes.

The project management was exceptional and impossible to fault, We made significant changes as the project developed and not a single change was a problem. Sanjay and the team were extremally professional, communicated very well in most instances updated request almost immediately, Sanjay is very patient and delivered ahead of schedule. We will continue working with Sanjay and the team for all of our online development needs. We plan to further develop this part of our website.

They provided us with better online signup pages than we could have expected, They were extremally efficient and great at what they did.. No requests were ever too much trouble.

We have now launched our website but cannot track improvement in numbers yet. We are very convinced, that in the future this "upgrade" will bring a rise in B2C customer income as well as satisfaction.

We search on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces and invited many people to apply who had good rating and reasonable rates. Manish and his team have been very professional, quick, and good at accomplishing the assigned tasks.

We asked fore they experience with technologies such as React Native (for development in iOS and Android), Firebase, and Algolia and assigned tasks based on their understanding and strength with those tools. We share designs for the tasks in Figma and with screen captures.

Manish has been the only employee who we have communicated with directly but it sounds like there is a team of developers whoo can work on our projects. Manish has been a project lead if not the sole developer on our project.

The apps functionality has improved greatly and helps us improved user experience. We have also been able to address big bugs quickly with their help.

Communication has been very dependable. They respond quickly when we ask questions or give new tasks. We have communicated exclusively via Upwork where we also create todo list which they follow. Sometimes they require further communication to understand what we are asking for which could be just as much on me as it is on them.

The are very fast, affordable, produce good mobile app work, and are good at communicating.

the one area that we spend the most time with them on is quality assurance to make sure the result meets all of the requirements we outlined. They are good at sending new versions for us to test but the time difference adds days to this process.

We have been experiencing a number of site bugs which our existing web developer was not able to resolve in a timely fashion, or at all. These issues were hurting the website's ecommerce conversion rate. For example, one issue which we asked Dynamic Dreamz to work on first, was a coupon issue. On mobile, when the coupon was submitted, the Cart would refresh but the coupon would not apply.

Sanjay from Dynamic Dreamz accepted the job proposal via Upwork. Before we had even accepted his proposal to work on the task, Sanjay worked on resolving the issue for us. This reassured us that this company had our best interests at heart. The proposed hourly rate was also very reasonable.

I am super impressed by Sanjay and Dynamic Dreamz. I am most pleased because of the following reasons:

• Communication is excellent. I get frequent updates on the tasks being worked on, and I feel like I am in constant communication and know what is being worked on and when
• The pay rate is very reasonable. Dynamic Dreamz are charging us a reasonable rate and this is saving us money compared to our previous web developer
• Great responsiveness. New tasks have been picked up within 24 working hours and often resolved the same day. This is absolutely amazing and is a huge improvement to our previous experiences with other developers
• Expertise is high. Sanjay and his colleagues are experienced. They could resolve tasks that would have taken the previous web developer longer to do.

We found them through the Upwork platform and chose them based on their good references from previous jobs. We were really looking for quality in the development work as well. As we had previously worked with a multitude of outsourced development teams it had always been a problem of:

We had them work on creating a draft theme first and along the way gave them our feedback on what should be tweaked since we had more knowledge about what our customers' pain points would be. After this back-and-forth process, we launched the theme last October 2021 and tweaked any live issues we were seeing, and ended our contract then as well.

The output and final product that Dynamic Dreamz has been an amazing boost for our business. We're seeing lower bounce rates for our website relative to how we were performing before COVID-19 struck so we're really happy with how things turned out.
