We looked online and had used them in the past, so went back to them for the fourth or fifth time.

We needed our shopify page to align with in store pricing and creating a form with klaviyo to allow customers to inquire about items instead of showing the pricing. This allows us to get information on the customer rather than allowing them to pass by.

Project management was good, the developers completed the tasks on time and when they said the deadline would be met. Communication at times was a little broken but we were happy with the final outcome.

Our site speed improved by 48% which boosted our overall conversion rate by 8.6%. Previous issues which casued customer service calls and emails disappeared.

I would advise you to always look over the deliverables to ensure they work exactly as you expected. We did run into a small issue where our requirements were misunderstood, however this was quickly corrected.

It's simple: they get the job done, communicate reliably, work through issues, if they make a mistake they fix it. They are exactly what you're looking for in an offshore development partner.

More extensive cross-browser quality control testing before feature release would probably catch some bugs that we've had to catch ourselves.
