Basically, Dxdesign designed and implemented a web trading platform interface, logo, and branding. It has a simplified user interface and integrated charting, just as our customers wanted it.
They also provide ongoing 24/7 platform support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I can say that our customer satisfaction improved noticeably after the launch. We saw a roughly ~20% increase in trading activity in the first 3 months after deployment.

DXdesign was consistent with timelines and quite responsive to our feedback. So every time we needed changes, they provided them quickly and in a professional manner.

The whole meeting was rather longer than we'd anticipated, as a lot of different aspects of the project had to be discussed, and there actually were a lot of different deliverables, but the main point was about interface and how we could have two trading modes in the platform.
We didn't just go with forex, which is complex, so we had futures in mind and discussed the implementation of these two modes. How would a trader cross between modes and get a clear distinction between the two.
Moreover, each of these modes need their own dedicated account, as the equities are different, but they still are on margin trading... so this was discussed and the strategy on implementation of the plans was agreed, and analytical processes started. The main idea was to make both modes equally appealing, so it's a matter of preference.
On platforms, the switch between the modes was discussed, and mobile and web traders would have all the analytical tools to aid them in trading.

- Trading with both modes and switching between them is seamless and doesn't disturb one's trading, and one can easily trade with both modes at the same time
- Accounts are ready and they have the needed conditions for their modes
- Platforms made are smooth and effective

I gotta give props to the patience and understanding of the manager, as the discussion was prolonged, and all the other meetings were over the time limit. Despite these inconveniences, they still remained friendly and did a great job, catering to all our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The metric of cost/quality here is super high. For what you are paying, you would definitely be getting a premium service that could have cost much more. Turned out to be much easier to work with you guys than we thought; nothing overcomplicated, and it was pretty effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DXdesign team could have done differently?

The only are that might need a slight improvement is time. From one side, we can understand that developing the project could take more time than one expect, but still, it could have been better if it was on time.

I can say that after the meeting, we made sure that we all undertand the key highlights of the prokect and what matters, so we are at the same page. For the mobile applicaiton, out focus was on UX and that even newer clients would not have a hard time signing up to our program, so the overall decision to make it simple was taken. Then we agreed on key processes in the application, as creation of account, charting, transactions and support outreach. What was important as well as the deisign, as we wanted something minimalistic yet effective for the job.
About the webtrader, it was more or less the same, but for the desktops. What was an addition here is some more intruments and analytical tools for trading, and it was it more or less, it was important that web and mobile verions are equally important.
Lastly, we discussed accaount management system that allows the storage of accounts and gives control over them. The biggest focus here was on optimization so it works quick.

They do take suggestions very well, there were are couple of moments along the way when some aspects needed to be changed, and they really cooperated and helped to achieve the result that we wanted. The work was delivered relatively on time, wasn't no serious delays, the dedicated manager knows  how to listen and do what's best.

The most impressive thing here is the quality, without a doubt. The product was even better than we'd hoped, and the quality was high - definitely you are getting your moneys worth here. The whole experience of partnering with them was positive, glad to have used their services.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DXdesign team could have done differently?

One aspect that they can work on is - time. And sure, perhaps it's still fast for apps to be designed and up and running in several weeks, it could have been a little faster, and it went above our planned time limit.

After the initial stakeholder meetings, where the team displayed a high level of professionalism in understanding the business goals and target audience, they provided a detailed project scope, timeline, and deliverables. The next steps included market analysis, user persona development, and user journey mapping.Following this, they moved on to information architecture. During this phase, they developed a list of all necessary content and features (e.g., account setup, portfolio management, trading options), established the structure and hierarchy of the app’s screens, and designed comprehensive user flows for key tasks (e.g., account creation, fund transfer, trade execution).
The subsequent phase involved wireframing, creating interactive prototypes, and developing the visual design. This included defining color schemes, typography, iconography, and UI components. After conducting usability testing, they handed off the design to the development team.In the final stage, they provided ongoing support during the development phase to ensure faithful implementation and conducted design QA to verify the fidelity of the final product.
