BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Co-Founder of a Film Production Company that specializes in commercials, music videos, documentaries, and narrative work.

For what projects/services did your company hire Duo Studio, and what were your goals?

We hired Duo-Studio to build our new site from the ground up with the goal being to create a site that felt refreshing + modern, yet edgy/creative to represent who we are as a company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew they were the right collaborator from the beginning. They were our first and only real option.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kickoff meeting to through what are main goals were and they basically walked us through their process of how they work with a pdf document detailing how long each developmental phase will take which was extremely helpful when it came to the planning process.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people we mainly worked with and their positions were a Digital Strategist/Project Manager, Developer, Creative Director/Graphic Designer, and a Motion Designer!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We just launched so we cannot at the moment! However, we strongly believe this will attract more clients who are attracted to excellence, out-of-the-box thinking, and emotive storytelling.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

All communication was done through basecamp to keep things streamlined and organized. Working through this platform made us feel like we were walked through every step of the process without any confusion at all.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism 100% and knowledge in their respective areas. They offer great insight and solutions with making sure the client feels heard.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We believe they handled everything solidly with the timeline and deadlines that were given!
