What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All the correct document delivery, proper annual filing submission, thorough communication in a timely manner, accurate record keeping, and financial data safety.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was poor as financial records were sent to incorrect email addresses at an unassociated company. Mail was also sent to incorrect addresses and whenrecords that were never received were requested the accountant sent an invoice.

The error was then discovered that documents were being sent to an incorrect address and no apology or correction to the invoice was ever received. Sensitive financial records were sent and now the company needs to investigate the possibility of improper access to this informaton.
