What was the scope of their involvement?

Duck Agency has been responsible for discovery, roadmap creation, design, development, testing, and ongoing support. The workflow supports product photography for our client's e-commerce channels. Every season brings hundreds of sellable products, but only a limited number of physical samples exist. This process ensures that the right products get photographed efficiently, labeled accurately, and appear correctly on the website even when a single physical sample must represent multiple sizes and colors. Data accuracy is critical throughout this workflow. Mistakes in product information, color codes, or size details cascade downstream causing mislabeled samples, incorrect photoshoot planning, wasted retouching time, and ultimately, wrong products displayed to customers. Getting it right at each step prevents costly rework and ensures smooth operations from merchandising through final asset delivery.

Duck Agency built a website and a CRM system for Kashtan. The website presents our bakery and products professionally online. The CRM was set up to manage our customer base, track orders, and support follow-ups with wholesale and retail clients. Both were delivered as a complete, ready-to-use solution tailored to how our business actually operates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a professional online presence and a working system for managing our customer relationships. Order tracking and client follow-ups that were previously handled manually are now organised in one place. The website and CRM together give us a much cleaner foundation to grow from.
