I'm the CEO of a senior help insurance company based in Mexico.

What challenges were you trying to address with Dublet?

We needed help with UI/UX design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dublet helped us develop a platform to let our clients manage their insurance policies online — it's a UI/UX prototype for a web-based dashboard for our clients. The dashboard after a login allows our clients to consult information regarding their insured sum and consult a digital insurance card. They can also improve and buy more services, among other things. 

Once we hired them, we had a strategy workshop to explain our needs clearly and discuss the project's reach. After that, they sent us a proposal, and based on that, we agreed on the elements we found important for the platform. After a new session, they took that information and created a high-resolution prototype that included UI/UX and then delivered everything using Figma. 

What was the team composition?

We worked with two members of their team. 

How did you come to work with Dublet?
When we contacted them, we liked their proposal and contemplated working deeply with us and getting to know the company's needs instead of starting to work immediately. 

How much have you invested in them?
We've spent 70,000 Mexican pesos (approximately $3,500 USD) with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I rate them 5 stars out of 5; we liked their work. They had a wonderful performance, and we recommend anyone to work with them. 

How did Dublet perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very professional with project management; their team was able to meet every deadline and stick to the budget. As for communication tools, we used Slack, Google Meet, and in-person meetings. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their efficiency and quality of their work were impressive. Also, we liked their empathy and ability to capture our company's essence and what we were looking to achieve.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The management of the creative process could be better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be open, and don't be afraid to show the essence of your company; they're great at listening and getting the most important things. Also, trust the process; sometimes, you may feel like doing many things at once, but they will ensure you achieve the best results.
