Timely submission of accurate tax filings for a reasonable market fee.

Working with DSJ Advisory is not an experience I ever want to have again. I only moved to DSJ when they merged with my long time CPA. I seriously regret not having done sufficient due diligence, and paid the price in many ways. They were unprepared from the outset; communicated only when it suited them; did not read or correctly interpret information provided to them; made incorrect assumptions without validating which lead to federal penalties; did not keep to their own schedule or commitments made; the list goes on and on. To cap it all, the fees charged, which were non negotiable, were at least 3 times higher than I had ever experienced in previous years. Buyer beware. They appear to be focused on a customer acquisition/growth strategy at the moment. Don't be fooled, it will cost you in more ways than in your wallet.
