I’m the managing director of a catering company and a street food business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Drew Augustus Photography?

We hired Drew Augustus Photography for their commercial photography services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They came down to our business to take some pictures of the people and the food. They provided all the equipment, including the cameras and lighting. We use their work for our marketing and promotions. We’ve already posted some of their photos on our website, and we still have more photos we can post in the future. The team also continues to take pictures for us.

What is the team composition?

We only work with Drew (Owner).

How did you come to work with Drew Augustus Photography?

Drew reached out to me if he could take pictures of my food and my store because he loved his experience with us. From there, we started working together.

How much have you invested with them?

I haven’t paid anything to them, but I plan to pay them £5,000–£8,000 (approximately $6,500-$10,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in August 2021, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve successfully captured photos that we can use on social media. People also love the pictures that we’ve posted online, and they told us they want to come back because of our pictures. Overall, we’re 100% satisfied with their work.

How did Drew Augustus Photography perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always around, and they always come down to visit us. I personally don’t like emails or messages, and I like to be with people who are interested to see me personally to discuss business-related matters. In that regard, I know that I can trust Drew Augustus Photography.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have incredible photography skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Other companies only visit their clients once or twice for the whole duration of the project. However, Drew Augustus Photography is different from those companies.

Work with them. In addition, have an idea of what you want to achieve.
