G2 Clutch SourceForge SaaSHub Glassdoor and Indeed offered active reputation monitoring, techniques to generate reviews, profile optimization, and feedback management for these sites. 

They provided suggestions for gathering reviews, optimized our company profile to enhance visibility and consistency, and helped address customer feedback responses properly across various platforms.

This company assisted with the technical installation and integration of review platforms to ensure that our profiles were correctly set up and in line with our identity.

One of its key aims was to create a more structured, scalable and sustainable reputation management system. 

Since inception and until the completion of the project, they have been consistently.

Approach fell very strategic and tailor-made rather than generic. They knew how to tailor their recommendation as every platform works differently. We also noticed that their responsiveness and professionalism did not wane and that they continued to provide support over the long term.

In conclusion, it was good. One thing they could do better is reporting on performance and progress updating during the campaign more often.
