Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We ordered AD Bulk Users to streamline how we manage employee and contractor accounts across our Active Directory environment. The tool allowed us to import and update multiple user accounts at once from a CSV file instead of creating them manually one by one, which used to take a significant amount of time whenever we onboarded new people for a client project.

Key deliverables included:

• Bulk creation of new user accounts with predefined attributes (department, job title, group membership) based on the project they were assigned to.
• Bulk updates to existing accounts when team members switched between client projects or roles changed.
• Automated creation of Exchange mailboxes alongside new user accounts, so new hires had email access from day one.
• Cleanup and removal of accounts for contractors whose projects had ended 

The setup was straightforward — we installed the software, connected it to our existing AD environment, and were able to run our first bulk import within the same day.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Onboarding time for new team members and contractors dropped significantly — what used to take about 30 minutes per person to set up manually now takes a few minutes for a whole batch. We've used it to onboard around 15-20 new accounts over the past several months as we scaled up for new client projects, without adding any extra workload for whoever handles our internal IT.

Whenever we did have questions during setup, the Dovestones support team responded promptly, usually within a day, and gave clear, practical answers rather than generic troubleshooting scripts. Overall, they were responsive and easy to reach whenever needed.

What stood out most is how focused and no-nonsense the product is — it does exactly what it's built for without unnecessary complexity or upselling. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dovestones Software could have done differently?

Honestly, it's hard to find major complaints — the service works exactly as advertised. If we had to point to something, it would be that the interface feels a bit more traditional compared to newer browser-based tools.
