The Dot Connectors is a unique training, facilitation, consulting, and counseling company that specializes in helping people connect to create, collaborate, and communicate big brand ideas that deliver. We help individual marketers and agencies, and joint marketer-agency teams, step out of each other’s way and onto the same path. 

Our mission: To encourage and enable those in the marketing industry who believe that being a great marketer is a worthy aspiration, that doing great marketing is challenging, takes smart leadership and genuine teamwork – 
and that above all it should lead to a rewarding experience for all.

In the nutshell, we believe the best work comes from teams where each member understands and respects the role of the other; where clients, agencies and partners operate as one team without silos; and when teams focus on the insights and participate in the creation of ideas, not on facilitating. 

As impartial third-party leaders, we are able to say what others on the team may not be able to say to move things forward respectfully. We've led over 200 sessions, with 3000+ attendees in 16 countries with clients such as Pepsi, Unilever, CapitalOne, Diageo, Land Rover, Rustoleum, and Johnson Controls, and over 36 brands including Axe, Lipton, Dove, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's, Seventh Generation, Vaseline, Guess, and Knorr. We've also worked together with their various agencies and partners, including Advertising, Branding, Marketing, eCommerce, CRM, DM, Social, PR, Shopper Marketing, Media, Programmatic, Data, Radio, Promotions, and Print.
