Huasheng Precision is a Dongguan-based contract manufacturer specializing in precision CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, vacuum casting, and rapid prototyping.

CORE CAPABILITIES:
• CNC Machining: 3/4/5-axis milling, turning, Swiss machining — tolerance ±0.01mm, up to 2250×1850mm bed
• Sheet Metal Fabrication: Mitsubishi 3150EX fiber laser, AMADA turret punch, press brake — tolerance ±0.05mm
• Vacuum Casting: Silicone tooling, 10-50 urethane parts per tool, up to 2m parts
• Rapid Prototyping: Functional prototypes in 3-7 days
• Low-Volume Production: 50-5,000 pcs, bridge manufacturing
• Surface Finishing: Anodizing, plating, painting, silk screen
MATERIALS: Aluminum (6061, 7075), Stainless Steel (304, 316L), Titanium (Gr2, Gr5), DP780/DP1180 automotive steel, PEEK, ABS, POM, brass, copper.
