Dolfin was recruited to lead the redesign of an AI-powered RPG gaming platform. The platform was fully functional and working, but we wanted to give it a UX makeover. We also wanted to have the new design coincide with a mobile version which had not yet been designed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Dolfin was extremely responsive, they met with our team frequently and upon request met with us more than we had previously allotted for the project. They were extremely professional, very very good at design, and added a lot of value in terms of new ideas and design directions that weren't really part of the original design at all. They do fabulous work.

They were always punctual, detail-oriented, and professional. That said, they had a great chemistry with our team and we were impressed with the flow that we had with them. They delivered on time, on budget, and frankly over-delivered what we had contracted for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great at what they do in terms of design subject matter expertise, but more than that, they had great team chemistry with us which made the collaboration much more fluid and positive than what a normal consulting project feels like. They offered so much more advice than what we signed up for, all of it extremely insightful and useful.

No improvement areas that I can think of now. They did great work.

The goal was to revitalize a rundown gun range in the area built on the elements of safety and friendliness. We created a new company name and logo while beginning all marketing, branding, and design from scratch. We also offered a new website with e-commerce capability while also making it more intuitive for customers to interact with. We designed storefront signs and completed transactions online, and everything in between.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We focused on tracking how we were getting leads to which we discovered most of them were driving by, getting referred to us or browsing on google. We gathered this data and decided to invest in outside signage and work on building the google my business page where we got even more business in the coming months. Customers love our company values and what we stand for.

Always delivered items on time and never missed deadlines. They would always think ahead to understand what I was looking for and deliver.

I’m the owner of AW Jewelry, a retail company. We specialize in designing and creating custom, one-of-a-kind jewelry, primarily bridal. We use advanced 3D modeling and precious materials while integrating emerging technologies like AR, VR, and blockchain to enhance the customer experience.

We needed to develop our first website and a social media strategy that represented our brand in a way we were proud of.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dolphin Digital Marketing helped us develop our first website. The site featured lead magnets that could be downloaded, booking calendars connected to our CRM, and client testimonials. The team also developed a social media strategy that represented our brand. Additionally, they provided high-level solutions for our business systems and processes.

We did brand development and strategies related to online marketing. We also integrated AI APIs.

I found them through a personal recommendation from another local business owner. Andrew listened to my problems well, and I enjoyed his proposed solutions. I saw him as an expert.

We spent $70,000.

We worked together from September 2023–March 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an increase in social media engagement numbers and top-line revenue. Our brand persona improved, and our audience began complimenting us on social media.

Dolphin Digital Marketing always delivered on time. We communicated through in-person meetings and video calls.
