Accuracy, responsiveness and time sensitivity is something that we looked for and we were able to receive it from The Dolins Group consistently in a last 10 plus years.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their staff is highly task-driven and workflow/processes we put in place work both ways. The majority of communications are done via email with a few phone calls when needed.
Annual strategic face-to-face meetings for yearly reviews and conversations on the executive levels are allowing us to continually demonstrate efficiencies for both teams.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Professionalism and personable experience. We fell that The Dolins Group is an extension of our own team. Through all these years we become very close to people we work with on a regular base.
Trust and respect, knowledge and wisdom are the foundation of this relationship, we are more than happy with the qualities they bring to the table and taking from our hands' heavy tasks that allows my group to focus on what we do best.
