DOEModellers is a specialist building energy modeling and sustainability consulting firm helping architects, developers, engineers, and contractors across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and Europe design high-performance, code-compliant, and certifiable buildings.
We deliver whole-building energy simulation and modeling for green building certification and energy code compliance, including LEED (v4 and v4.1), WELL, and EDGE certification support; ASHRAE 90.1 and 90.1 Appendix G compliance modeling; ASHRAE 62.1 ventilation analysis; IECC and Title 24 (California) compliance; and NYC Energy Code (LL97) modeling.
Our HVAC and mechanical services include Manual J load calculations, Manual S equipment selection, and Manual D duct design, plus full HVAC system design and optimization. We also provide CFD analysis, thermal bridging and thermal comfort evaluations, daylighting analysis, and renewable energy and net-zero feasibility studies.
We model in industry-leading tools including DesignBuilder, OpenStudio, eQUEST, IESVE, EnergyPlus, and Trane TRACE 3D Plus, giving clients accurate, audit-ready documentation that withstands review by certifying bodies and code officials.
