We are a fast-growing AI startup in the agriculture domain. We've been using cloud services as the obvious choice, allowing us to invest only in what we actually consume. We reached a point where our cloud infrastructure needed fresh eyes. Our objectives were twofold:

• To address the quick and makeshift solutions that were implemented under time pressure
• To streamline the architecture to support scaling and enable multi-cloud capabilities

With these initial thoughts, we began discussions with Docktape.

As an immediate result of Docktape's review, we were able to reduce our AWS costs by 65%. This has provided us with the best ROI we've ever seen. However, the most engaging aspect of working with Docktape is their ability to quickly adapt to our business drivers and set their priorities accordingly. 

The architecture review was conducted at the right level, avoiding unnecessary details while addressing all critical issues. They've been a joy to work with so far, enthusiastic and very good in their area of developmental expertise. Extremely quick to respond on Slack, and have delivered consistent results within our budget constraints.

On the few things where I have felt DockTape could improve (one example was a technical presentation to our developers), I have provided feedback which has been actioned by them. They've responded very well to constructive criticism, and this has given me more confidence in their work.

The task was the completion and further development of a portal started and abandoned by another company. The previous supplier delivered unstable, malfunctioning software. The task had several components, the most important of which were: 

• User-friendly design of the admin interface 
• Creating a settlement page for customers

• Further development of the search function 
• Creation of filters and ordering

• Sending automatic e-mails controlled by a complex system of conditions

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The features that were abandoned by the other company have been completed, they work great, and a lot of new features have been developed. With their help, a project placed on a parking lot turned into a profit-generating asset. The usability of the portal has visibly improved, both on the frontend and on the admin side, so our customers are happier. 

The site has become much more user-friendly, visitors are more satisfied, and conversion rates are higher. Bugs and issues have been fixed. The speed of the site has noticeably improved, it can serve more visitors and there are no long loading times.

The most professional project management I have experienced at a development company so far. A dedicated project manager works on the project, who properly controls the development process and the progress of the project. He introduced habits that make work planable and transparent for me as well, I can constantly monitor the progress of sub-processes. 

At the weekly online meeting, we discuss the most important details in broad terms, I always receive reports on them, and the project is tracked in JIRA, here I and my colleagues can easily create tickets, and we can see exactly where the implementation is. Before each new feature is developed, a precise plan is created, which we can discuss before it is developed. 

They also prepare a timeline, which they always adhere to and deliver on time. They have creative ideas for all my questions and problems, they always present them to me in an understandable way, explain the advantages and disadvantages of each option, and warn me about the risks. I get impeccable professional answers to all my questions, and if I need it, the IT language is translated into "human" language.

There is no such thing, I was always fully satisfied.
