WordPress Incident Response. Most owners want the junk gone without wiping the site, the store, or what Google already knows about them. Phase A (from $2,500; typical $2,500–$4,500) identifies what was planted, backs up files and database, removes malware and hijacked pages, and leaves a written report suitable for a board, insurer, or Search Console. Phase B (from $2,000) hardens remaining admin access, host-side secrets we can reach, login protection, and related controls. Combined A+B from $4,200. We do not one-click wipe the database to chase a keyword, and we aim to keep WooCommerce checkout up when the cart itself is not the hole. WordPress Care (maintenance retainers). Care Plans are scheduled ownership of updates—not panic after spam titles appear. Essential ($149/mo), Standard ($249/mo), and Premium ($399/mo) all include core/plugin/theme update review, daily backups, and uptime monitoring. Security care, staging, patch windows, included hours, and malware response scale by tier. Many clients come through cleanup first, then stay on Care so the next vulnerability wave is boring instead of urgent.

Who does the work. Avery Parker is the principal. Scheduled work is booked; emergencies jump the queue; if he is already on a site, you hear that on the first call. Vendor-neutral advice; we do not invent a second-shift team we do not have.
