Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Jaymin built a custom WordPress website for my coloring page project, PrintAndColor.org. The scope included designing and developing the site structure, creating a custom coloring page system, setting up category and individual coloring page templates, and making the site easy for visitors to browse, search, download, and print free coloring pages. 

Key deliverables included the homepage, category pages, individual coloring page pages, PDF download functionality, image/thumbnail display, search functionality, SEO-related fields, and a parent request form. He also helped set up the backend structure so that I could organize a large number of coloring pages by category, subcategory, difficulty, and other details. 

A major part of the project was creating a bulk upload workflow so I could add many coloring pages efficiently instead of creating each page manually. Jaymin helped set up the CSV import structure, mapped the fields to the WordPress coloring page system, and made adjustments as the logic of the site evolved. 

He also supported analytics and tracking work, including Google Analytics/Site Kit setup, PDF download event tracking, site search tracking, and guidance on where to find key reports. Throughout the project, he was flexible as I learned more about what I needed and requested changes to the site structure, functionality, and upload logic.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a fully launched WordPress website for PrintAndColor.org, with a structure that allowed me to scale from a small idea into a large library of coloring pages. One of the biggest measurable outcomes was that the site could support over 1,000 published coloring pages, organized by category, subcategory, difficulty, and individual page templates. 

Another major outcome was the bulk upload system. Instead of manually creating each coloring page one by one, I was able to upload large batches using a CSV-based workflow. This made the site much more scalable and significantly reduced the amount of time needed to add new content. 

The project also improved tracking and visibility. PDF download tracking, site search tracking, and Google Analytics/Site Kit setup gave me a way to measure how visitors use the site, which pages they view, what they search for, and which coloring pages they download. 

Overall, the project successfully moved the site from concept to a functioning public website with scalable content management, organized browsing, search, downloadable PDFs, and analytics in place to measure growth over time.

Jaymin managed the project in a professional and responsive way. He communicated clearly, answered my questions, and offered to get on video calls multiple times to walk me through the work and explain updates. Since this was my first time building a custom WordPress site like this, the project evolved as I better understood what I needed. Jaymin was flexible with those changes and willing to adjust the site structure, functionality, and upload logic along the way. 

Overall, he was attentive to my needs and responsive when I raised questions or requested revisions. He continued to work through the changes and support the project. I appreciated his patience, flexibility, and willingness to make sure the final site worked for my goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive was Jaymin’s willingness to be flexible and patient as the project evolved. This was my first time building a custom WordPress site with this kind of structure, so I was learning what I needed as the project moved forward. Instead of being rigid, Jaymin was willing to talk things through, adjust the site logic, and help me understand the technical side of the work. 

I also appreciated that he combined quality development work with a personal level of support. He offered to get on video calls multiple times, explained updates clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable managing the site after the work was done. That combination of technical skill, flexibility, and responsiveness stood out to me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DiscoverLogix IT Services Private Limited could have done differently?

One thing that could have made the process even stronger would have been an early brainstorming or strategy session about what was possible for the site. Since I was new to building a custom WordPress project like this, it would have been helpful to hear more ideas up front. Jaymin was very responsive when I asked for changes, but a more proactive discussion early on may have helped surface ideas I had not yet considered. 

Overall, this is more of a suggestion than a concern. I was very happy with the quality of the work, the flexibility, and the support throughout the project.
