Discover WebTech Pvt. Ltd. accomplishes a variety of tasks for us. If we ask them to build a new technology or design an app, they’re always able to deliver. Their other services include social media marketing and SEO. While I’m not informed of everything they do for us, I know they’re well-versed in WordPress, C++, JavaScript, and WooCommerce.

An account manager is our primary point of contact. She does a lot of the work herself, but also assigns tasks to a team of developers.

Our work is mostly collaborative, but we wouldn’t be able to do what we do without the help of Discover WebTech. We use them week after week. At this point, they’re like an extension of our team. Despite having little instruction to work from, they’ve been able to complete website drafts within 72 hours. Subsequent changes are implemented even quicker.

Their project management skills are amazing. I don’t have time to remember everything I ask from them, but their account manager makes sure everything is delivered as scheduled. She has even woke up in the middle of the night to fix a website for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re the most dependable and responsive firm I’ve ever worked with. The account manager is able to make sense of my instructions and adhere to those responsibilities. Once they agree to perform a task, I can rest ensured that it’ll get done. Everything is delivered exactly as I request.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve found a few errors in their written content, but that’s due to English being their second language. Other than that, everything 100% perfect.
