We’ve spent around 50,000 Indian Rupees (approximately $100 USD) with them so far.

We started working together in May 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their services have been great so far; they’re responsive and proactive in making sure to send the materials to me. Their team is also open and transparent with their work, which I appreciate.

How did Discite Analytics & AI perform from a project management standpoint?

We have constant communication through weekly calls. They also update me every week, and if there’s a delay on their end, they let me know rather than giving me false deadline promises. Regarding tools, we use Slack, WhatsApp, email, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a great team to work with; they’re open to listening to what we have to say, and do exactly what we ask them to do. In addition, they give us their opinion on what we want to see if it’s a good idea.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could offer a platform to easily track the project’s progress and have all the information in just one place — it’d make everything easier rather than having to navigate between multiple platforms.

For what projects/services did your company hire Discite Analytics & AI?

We wanted to increase customer engagement and generate more leads from our website. The best way to do so was to have a lead generation chatbot.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After a lot of research and interviewing a lot of AI/ML companies we came across Discite Analytics & AI through our personal connections.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The approach taken by Discite Analytics & AI was very systematic, sophisticated, and assuring in general. Initially, we had a couple of calls because they wanted to understand our problem in depth. Then they reverted back to the approach, timeline, and budget of the project. They demonstrated a chatbot they built using advanced AI algorithms which were very similar to our use case. We decided that we wanted to go ahead with the project and want a similar solution. They then built the workflow and UI of the chatbot according to our custom needs.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 resources were deployed for the development of the chatbot. Two AI/ML engineers and one senior developer who was monitoring and helping out whenever needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They built a really interactive chatbot that was powered by AI. The chatbot generated responses based on a particular user's queries and interactions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Along the development journey, they were in constant touch with us regarding the status of the project. We even held discussions about how they could make the chatbot better.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach towards a client is something I have seen very rarely. They work on your projects as if it is their own, they come up with a lot of innovative ideas to make the solution more effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, the project was delivered flawlessly.
