Lyne Leblanc intervenes in professional coaching. Although she works at different levels of organizations, her practice is increasingly oriented towards coaching leaders from diverse backgrounds. She also designs and runs coaching training programs as well as coaching skills development seminars in a management and/or consulting role within organizations. Certified coach of the Institute of Coaching IDC in 2000 and holder of a master in leadership and communication, Lyne is also an MBTI practitioner. She holds a university education in industrial relations, creativity, and psycho-social intervention. She brings to her clientele many years of business experience as a professional in human resources in the service, manufacturing and cultural sectors. Her knowledge of different organizational environments positions her as an "impact" coach. Lyne has a humanist approach, influenced by systemic and conscious communication. Recognized for her ability to build trust, discipline, and leadership, she has established credibility with her clients and peers. She currently acts as President of the Quebec Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. She is also a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors and the Quebec Association of Professional Co-Development.
