I’m the owner of an instructive driving business.

What challenge were you trying to address with DigiVisi?

I had a website for my business that wasn’t good, so I wanted a new one.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

DigiVisi designed the whole website from scratch. They added features like a pop-up window that appears whenever someone wants to leave the site to encourage them to register and get a free trial lesson — that’s been an essential thing for our business. Currently, they provide ongoing updates and maintenance to the website.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working mainly with Nick (Founder).

How did you come to work with DigiVisi?

They were referred to me by a friend. We talked about what I wanted, and they explained to me how a new site would operate and the importance of SEO and rankings, so I decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around £2,300 (approximately $3,200 USD) with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The pop-up feature they enabled has helped us in retaining more customers. We’ve also gone up in the Google search rankings thanks to Nick’s efforts — we’re usually in the first or second place, and that’s a massive impact. Also, there’s been an increase in my inquiries by 50%–60% from our previous website.

How did DigiVisi perform from a project management standpoint?

The following six months after the website was done, Nick was doing background checks, keeping us updated by email, and talking to us monthly to provide information. DigiVisi has been approachable via email or phone calls throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re prepared to take the time to explain what they’re doing and the importance of it — that’s important because we don’t come from a technological background. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — it’s been a positive experience. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Listen to them in terms of what they recommend that’s suitable for your business. They’re open and honest about it, and they won’t just try to sell you the biggest package.
