I’m the CFO of Bhagat Fabrics, a fabric company.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Digital Walrus?

We needed someone to develop our website and provide digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our WordPress website. We had a couple of meetings before starting the project. We had specific things we needed on the website.  They continue to handle all of our digital marketing including social media for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google. They do Google Ads as well.

There are 3-4 people we’re in contact with.

We found them online.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend about $2,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2020, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They delivered what we asked for. They’re very professional and have a good team. We’ve gotten 300-400 leads from them. 

How did The Digital Walrus perform from a project management standpoint?

There are no problems with project management. We use Slack to communicate. They manage the project professionally. They explain everything to us and tell us what we need to do. They have a meeting every 7-8 days.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their quality of work is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I only have positive feedback for them.

They do very good work.
