We're Digital of Things and we are on a mission to improve user experience across the Middle East and Northern African region. Our team is passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
We have a user testing lab in Dubai which is armed with state-of-the-art technology and software, including facial recognition and eye tracking, so we can test a variety of things on real people in real time.
We love UX and research and help clients with expert reviews and audits, customer journey mapping, competitor benchmarking and best practice recommendations.
We have worked with large companies based in Dubai as well as internationally who share our passion for user experience. Most of the team are ex-emirates airline and have many years of experience in this region.
Our team is obsessed with understanding user behaviour and how we can create experiences tailored to them, their cultural nuances and expectations. We have extensive experience and skills in Human-Computer Interaction, UX, user research and usability testing.
