I’m the delivery manager of an AI development company. We help businesses worldwide integrate AI by automating workflows, developing custom AI tools, and providing consulting and strategy services to optimize operations across various functions. Now we also offer end-to-end AI development services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital is Simple?

We were midway through an AI project and needed extra hands to hit our deadline. We brought Digital is Simple in as an outstaffing partner to help us deliver on time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital is Simple handled development work on our AI project, mainly around building and integrating core features. We were building an AI integration platform, so their team worked on API integrations, workflow automation, and connecting AI models to our existing systems. They also helped with the backend logic that tied everything together.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, had good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2025–January 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Digital is Simple helped us deliver the project on time. We tracked a few things post-launch. System response times were solid, and the integrations ran without major failures. On the business side, we were able to deliver to our client on schedule, which directly protected that relationship and revenue. Nothing overly complex to measure, but the reliability and on-time delivery were the main wins.Moreover, the feedback from our client was positive. They were happy with how the integrations worked in practice and didn't flag any major issues after launch. That was honestly the best signal for us that things went well.

How did Digital is Simple perform from a project management standpoint?

Digital is Simple’s project management was smooth. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Overall, we were satisfied with the work of Digital is Simple.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they could have done better.
