Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was one of the strongest aspects of working with Digital Minati. Communication was handled entirely through WhatsApp which suited us well as a busy restaurant group. Response times were fast — typically within a few hours during business hours and never more than 24 hours for any query we raised. At the start of the project they sent a clear breakdown of the delivery schedule showing how reviews would be distributed across our three locations over the 16-day period. This made it easy to track progress against expectations. Midway through delivery they proactively sent an update with the count to date across each location without us having to ask. That level of transparency was appreciated. The final delivery report was sent on day 14 — two days ahead of the agreed schedule. It contained every review posted with a live link, the platform, the location it was posted to, and the date. Nothing was left unaccounted for. One minor point — initial response on the first day took slightly longer than expected but this did not affect delivery in any way. Everything from day two onwards was smooth and professional.

Three things stood out that we have not experienced with other marketing vendors. First — the specificity of the delivery report. Most agencies deliver work and send a summary. Digital Minati sent a line-by-line report with a live link to every single review posted, the date it was posted, and which location it was assigned to. For a group managing three locations this level of documentation was exactly what we needed to verify the work internally. Second — they understood the Dubai market. Many agencies we spoke to offered generic solutions. Digital Minati knew which platforms matter most for F&B businesses in Dubai specifically, how review pacing works on Google Maps, and what review content reads authentically in our market. That local understanding made a visible difference in the quality of what was delivered. Third — the guarantee. Very few agencies in this space offer a full refund if targets are not met. The fact that Digital Minati operates on this basis removed the risk entirely from our side and was a significant factor in our decision to proceed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Minati could have done differently?

Nothing significant to flag in terms of delivery or results — both were exactly as promised. The one area where there is room to improve is onboarding documentation. At the start of the project it would have been useful to receive a written brief confirming the exact distribution plan across our three locations before work began, rather than just the verbal agreement on the strategy call. For a multi-location project this would make the process even more professional from day one. This is a minor operational point and did not affect the outcome in any way. We raise it only because the question asks and we want to give an honest answer. We would engage Digital Minati again without hesitation.
