All we had was a service and some clients that we had won through our network, as well as some calls from a lead list. Digital M built a client clustering to help us understand our clients better. They created a funnel to reach new leads through social ads on LinkedIn and search ads on Google. They've also developed a crawler that reads the latest Google Alerts for relevant leads. They also advised us on creating landing pages and lead magnets. Once everything was in place, they developed a lead scoring system and a funnel to nurture the leads and then score them based on interactions and how well they match the client clusters. We now know exactly who we need to call and who is not ready yet. We have fewer calls to make, some clients book their first meeting themselves, and we have increased the conversion rate from the first call from 10% to 80%.Â

We increased the conversion rate of initial calls from 10% to 80%, which helped us increase turnover by 25% in the first year of developing the new lead scoring and nurturing setup.Â

During the initial call, they asked a lot of questions and requested access to our CRM (which we didn't have at the time), as well as to our Google Ads, LinkedIn and GA4 accounts, in order to gain a comprehensive overview of our current position. After the meeting, they asked for an anonymous client list. In the second call, they presented us with the first draft of our funnel, which is now active. After one and a half months of adjustments, they handed everything over in a two-hour meeting, providing detailed guides on how to use everything.Â

We appreciated the efficiency of their work and the clear communication. We understood everything they explained to us; there was no marketing buzzwording, and if there was, they were very happy to explain. This helped a lot during the process.
Are there any areas for improvement or something digital M. GmbH could have done differently?
I think they should have invoiced more. They did not offer a managed setup, either. They wanted us to work out the funnel ourselves. However, we will most likely hand over management in the next quarter.
