Kristy Miller is the one who got me set up working with Onix and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous as well. Since there is no contract, I thought they would try to drag out the project as long as possible to keep me coming back each month to sign up for another month. However, that does not seem to be the case at all! The monthly progress reports they show me  in virtual meetings show the actual stats of the site and traffic- so they seem very straightforward and transparent and the data is independently verifiable.

I'd say you'd be very lucky if you got Onix as your project manager. Thank you Onix!

Excellent project management.  I have been working with Digital Guider for almost 3.5 months, and my Project Manager (PM) Onix Smith is truly exceptional. I am lucky to have him as a PM. He is very prompt, professional, thorough and consistently answers each and every question, concern or question I have. We are making swift progress on the campaign and I am provided monthly progress reports that shows demonstrable growth in traffic on my site and a few new prospective clients so far which is great news and a far reach. All in all, I have been having an exceptional experience so far!!!  Onix Smith is incredibly responsive. We've already had more than 5-6 virtual meetings at my request in the last few weeks. He asks me if/when I'm available to meet or vice versa, and we check in without much planning- he's flexible and very patient. Digital Guider uses this software called Fathom, which is an AI-generated note-taking tool during meetings. Then they send the highlights of all the points covered in every meeting, pending action items, etc. Very neat! Per my request, Onix Smith makes sure to use this at EVERY MEETING and ensures the tech is working fine before the meeting starts each time!

They move at breakneck speed (in a good way), with getting everything set up, collaborating on several drafts of the keywords,etc. They are highly accessible. They seem to have a large team that does a lot of research with good collaboration. Digital Guider has been very open to my feedback, input, and always responds to my emails quickly, articulately, and clearly. The multi-prong, extremely professional approach they are taking has really impressed me. Eye test. The current website looks much less cluttered. According to data, our website has been seen by new users each month and our keywords have climbed the ranks on Google.

On the website developent side, our new website looks newer, cleaner, and better fits our goals in regards to becomeing an e-commerce business.
