Our Story

Diforma started in Bogotá in 1998 with one conviction: the shelf is where brands win or lose. In 2022 we opened Diforma Group LLC, our commercial office in Florida, to serve U.S. and Caribbean clients up close through two bilingual sales reps with deep industry experience. We still think like retailers and build like engineers: our job is to make sure your products rotate, sell and get noticed at the point of purchase, with displays designed, made and delivered by one team.

Commonly Asked Questions

Custom POP displays for CPG and consumer brands: floor displays, end caps, pallet displays, dump bins, counter displays, glorifiers, clip strips, shelf stoppers, 3D thermoformed posters and refrigerated displays. We work in corrugated, metal and thermoformed materials, including mono-material corrugated designs built for recyclability. Our sweet spot is product launches, seasonal programs and in-store promotions where the display has to earn its floor space. We don't make acrylic or wire fixtures, generic catalog units or gondola shelving.

Here's our typical timeline: - Design proposals: 3 to 5 days, depending on project complexity. - Quote: 3 to 5 days after design approval. - Production: about 25 working days (Monday to Saturday) once we receive your PO and a 50% deposit. - Transport and delivery: 3 days by air or up to 12 days by ocean. On a tight deadline, tell us your in-store date first. We plan backwards from it and flag early if a launch date is at risk.

We manufacture in Bogotá and ship to all 50 states. Under the U.S.–Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement, many products enter with preferential tariff treatment, a real advantage over Asian sourcing. Our displays are engineered to ship flat and assemble fast, which cuts freight costs and setup time in store. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP, depending on what works best for you, and can coordinate with your logistics provider or deliver directly to your DC.

Since 2022, our Florida commercial office (Diforma Group LLC) has served U.S. and Caribbean clients through two bilingual sales reps with deep industry experience, working on U.S. Eastern time. Every project follows the same path: brief, structural design and 3D renders, prototype, approval, production and delivery. You get one point of contact from start to finish and progress updates at every stage.

Projects start at $5,000 and scale to programs of $100,000 to $300,000, from a single hero display to multi-store rollouts. If you're not sure where your idea lands, start with a pilot: a well-designed test is often the smartest way to prove a display before scaling it.
