We brought in Die AI Berater to support one of our client projects, where the goal was to reduce repetitive manual work using AI. The project covered both the strategic consulting phase and the full technical implementation.

Key deliverables:

• AI potential analysis: Review of the client's existing workflows to identify the processes where AI would add the most value
• Solution concept: Recommendation of a suitable technical approach, including model selection and system architecture
• Data privacy assessment: Guidance on GDPR-compliant data processing and handling of sensitive information
• Implementation: Development of the AI-powered solution based on the agreed concept
• System integration: Connection of the solution to the client's existing tools and systems
• Testing and optimization: Iterative testing and fine-tuning to ensure reliable results in day-to-day use
• Handover and knowledge transfer: Documentation and a walkthrough for our team, so we can support the solution going forward

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The project was a clear success for both us and our client. All milestones, from the initial consulting phase to go-live, were delivered as planned. Repetitive tasks that the client's team previously handled manually are now largely automated, which frees up valuable time for more important work and has noticeably sped up day-to-day processes. The solution was integrated into the client's existing systems without disrupting ongoing operations, and the team adopted it quickly. Our client is very satisfied with the result and is already considering further AI use cases. For us as an agency, the project also paid off internally: our team gained valuable AI expertise that we can apply to future client projects.

Die AI Berater's project management was structured, transparent and reliable from start to finish. At the beginning of the project, they defined clear milestones and kept us informed about progress through regular updates, so we always knew where things stood. All deliverables were completed on time, and whenever questions or change requests came up, they responded quickly and found practical solutions without unnecessary back-and-forth. They were also very receptive to our feedback and our client's requirements, adapting their approach where needed while keeping the overall project on track. As an agency, we especially appreciated that they worked closely with us as partners and made it easy for us to keep our client involved throughout the process.

What impressed us most about Die AI Berater was their honest and pragmatic approach to AI. Instead of selling buzzwords or pushing the most complex solution, they took the time to understand our client's actual processes and gave us a clear assessment of where AI would truly add value and where it wouldn't. That kind of transparency is rare in a field with so much hype. They also combine strategic consulting and technical implementation in one team, so there were no gaps between concept and execution: the people who helped shape the solution were also the ones who built it. On top of that, they explained complex topics in a way that was easy to understand, both for us and for our client, which made decisions much easier and helped build trust throughout the project.

Overall, there is very little we would change about the collaboration. If anything, it would have been helpful to receive a more detailed written documentation of the technical setup a bit earlier in the project, rather than mainly at the handover stage. This would have made it even easier for our team to follow along with technical decisions during implementation and to answer our client's questions in between. That said, this was a minor point, and they addressed it right away once we mentioned it. It never affected the quality or timeline of the project.

BACKGROUND

I am the Founder of ElefantEins

SOLUTION

• Referral
• ChatGPT

• Great culture fit
• Good value for cost

2-5 Employees

• Bestandsaufnahme unserer Abläufe: wo Anfragen entstehen, wo Projektdaten liegen, was doppelt gepflegt wird

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App
