I believe your career needs are unique so your executive coaching program should be too. I offer individual programs, as well as team-based learning and development programs. You can choose as much as you want or need from each or any combination and you can tweak and adjust the program as you go.

Executive Coaching:

This is a confidential one-on-one relationship that consists of weekly meetings by phone or in-person. I will take you through a four-step program that will set you on the right track to achieve your career goals and to stay on top of your game. 

Career Management Coaching: 

If you want to move within your current organization or are uncertain about whether to leave, this program can provide the guidance you need to take the right next step. Start with a complimentary discovery session and then work with me to design a plan that is right for you. 

Leadership and Communication Assessments:

These assessments bring to light behaviors that are preventing you from living up to your full potential. Find out how you do what you do and how you can grow to be more effective.
