DH Studios is a Cincinnati, Ohio AI consultancy and agency that builds AI agents for operations. We design, build and integrate AI agents inside the systems a company already uses, and train the team to run them, one workflow at a time. A person approves every hand-off.

What we build. Agents for four kinds of work: intake and triage, drafting and routing, reporting rollups, and dashboards and integrations. Built on what the client already runs; integration is part of every build.

How it works. A free 30-minute call on one workflow. Then the Drawing: about two weeks inside the operation, ending in a one-page plan of what the agent does, who signs and what it costs, with a fixed scope and price. Nothing is built until it is signed. A pilot typically runs four to eight weeks on real work, with a run log and a baseline, and the team is trained to run the agent alongside it. Then a monthly run: operated, tuned and reported.

The controls you keep. Every agent ships with six: a person approves, a run log, an off switch, only the access it needs, you own it, and changes are signed too.

Result. For one operations team, daily and weekly reports built from its existing systems went from 8+ hours by hand to 10 minutes per report. Live in 1 week, signed off by a team lead.
