We hired Dfx Studios to revive our company by rebuilding our social media presence. Our main objective was to transform inactive platforms into active, engaging channels through consistent beauty-focused content, a clear visual direction, and a structured growth strategy. Ultimately, we wanted to increase our visibility, attract a relevant audience, and turn our social media into a strong driver of awareness and engagement.

Dfx Studios handles our full social media revitalization and content execution. Their work includes auditing and restructuring our social media presence, defining a clear visual identity, and developing a consistent content strategy aligned with the beauty niche.In terms of deliverables, Dfx Studios has provided short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, product-focused beauty visuals, skincare and cosmetic promotional posts, and branded storytelling content to strengthen our identity and engagement.On the campaign side, the team has developed and executed seasonal product highlight campaigns, brand awareness pushes, and engagement-driven social media series.Strategic deliverables have included a full content strategy document, a visual brand direction guide (color palette, tone, and aesthetic style), a posting schedule/calendar, and performance tracking reports to guide optimization and growth decisions.

Dfx Studios has delivered clear measurable improvements in our digital performance. Our previously inactive social media platforms have been reactivated and consistently maintained with a structured content strategy. As a result, we’ve achieved significant growth in reach and visibility, with monthly content reach exceeding 8 million impressions across platforms.Our audience growth has also improved substantially, surpassing 1 million followers across all channels. Our engagement rates have increased as our content has become more relevant and visually consistent, leading to higher interaction per post. Additionally, our brand awareness has strengthened in the beauty niche, with improved recognition and more consistent audience retention over time.Specifically, we measure engagement through likes, comments, shares, saves, and engagement rate per post. We track audience retention using follower growth, repeat viewers, video watch time, and profile visits.Moreover, our short-form video campaigns (Reels and TikTok-style content) have delivered the strongest performance improvements, driving the highest reach, engagement, and follower growth. Our product-focused beauty tutorials and before-and-after skincare transformations have also performed particularly well, increasing saves, shares, and overall audience retention.
