I am a Department Director of One Mission Society

OMS is an evangelical, interdenominational faith mission (with roots in the Wesleyan Holiness tradition) that partners with more than 400 organizations and church denominations around the world for one purpose … to help fulfill the Great Commission by seeing the Gospel of Jesus Christ spread throughout the world with the greatest number of disciples made, and seeing God glorified in all that we say and do.

DevOperatives was originally contracted simply to help with an urgent SSL issue with one of our applications. However, the partnership has continued to grow. They are now responsible for the main support our Kubernetes clusters on Google Cloud, maintaining and updating our APEX scripts in Salesforce, and have recently created a custom app for importing data from our various fields into a custom database.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our site was down, and DevOperatives was able to get us back up and running quickly. Since that initial project, we have continued to utilize DevOperatives for various other projects. Many are ongoing support, but they have always met and/or exceeded our expectations.

We have biweekly meetings to discuss progress on open projects. They have always met our expectations and any deadlines assigned, and have always been very responsive to our needs.

They are good at what they do and are willing to do as little or as much as you need. They are also willing to take on challenges.

DevsOperative created a custom quote and invoice generator for our business. This connected our user database with Stripe. It allows our users to create their own quotes by selecting the desired products from a cart. Users can convert the quotes to invoices and can assign their purchased licenses to users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've increased the number of quotes produced and decreased the amount of time spent by our team managing the purchase process.

The Devs Operative team has always hit our deadlines. They're flexible to changes that arise. They  communicate with our team very well.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Functional CI/CD (with Argo) for my kubernetes applications in the kubernetes cluster, in a timely fashion which was key to the accelerator.
2. Entire workload containerization that include Spark, that was outside of the cluster, now included.

Yes, responsive, and had ownership to the problem.  Even participated in some political demos.

Applied a solution to the problem, that was originally outside of the ask... I asked for x, they instead proposed y to meet the goal, which meant they understood m problem, not the nouns to solve it.
